- product description
-
Polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe is a commonly used pipeline insulation material, which consists of steel pipe, polyurethane foam layer and external protective layer. Polyurethane foam layer is the main thermal insulation material with good thermal insulation and corrosion resistance, which can effectively reduce the heat loss of pipeline and prevent pipeline condensation.
Polyurethane direct buried insulation pipes are widely used in industries such as heating, cooling, petrochemicals, fertilizers, food, pharmaceuticals, etc., for transporting liquids, gases, and solid pellets. Compared with ordinary steel pipes, polyurethane insulated steel pipes have advantages in insulation performance, corrosion resistance, and service life, and have therefore been widely used.Technical parameters of polyurethane buried insulation pipe
Polyurethane direct buried insulation pipe is a common pipeline insulation material, and its technical parameters include the following aspects:
Thickness of polyurethane insulation layer: usually ranging from 50mm to 150mm, selected according to different usage scenarios and requirements.
Steel pipe wall thickness: generally ranging from 5mm to 10mm, selected according to engineering needs.
Outer protective layer material: Different materials such as polyethylene, fiberglass, color steel plate, etc. can be selected.
Density of polyurethane foam: generally 50kg/m3 to 80kg/m3. The higher the density, the better the thermal insulation performance, but the cost will also increase accordingly.
The thermal conductivity of polyurethane buried insulation pipes generally ranges from 0.023W/(m · K) to 0.038W/(m · K), and the lower the thermal conductivity, the better the insulation performance.
The temperature range for the use of polyurethane buried insulation pipes is generally between -50 ℃ and+120 ℃, and different temperature ranges can be selected for different usage scenarios.
Corrosion resistance of polyurethane buried insulation pipes: Different anti-corrosion methods can be selected according to engineering needs, such as internal and external coating with anti-corrosion paint, using stainless steel material, etc.
